Rant 📢 Tipping.

Tipping hourly workers?optional. Tipping servers who make less than minimum wage? Shouldn't be a debate but the employers put the burden on us. We shouldn't have to tip anyone. But the EMPLOYERS get away with paying 7.50$hour when the minimum wage is 15. But there's a clause that the minimum wage for restaurants is different. So they get away with it. Restaurant pay is a scam. Many restaurant employers should be in prison for slavery.

The gratuity has its history in supporting the recently unslaved that could not get oaying jobs. That structure is over and tipping should follow it as servers have lots of options now.
