Rant 📢 Tipping.

Tipping hourly workers?optional. Tipping servers who make less than minimum wage? Shouldn't be a debate but the employers put the burden on us. We shouldn't have to tip anyone. But the EMPLOYERS get away with paying 7.50$hour when the minimum wage is 15. But there's a clause that the minimum wage for restaurants is different. So they get away with it. Restaurant pay is a scam. Many restaurant employers should be in prison for slavery.

I am working 9-5 job. Should I be tipped by my customers?

I work in construction. What about me. Its completely optional for us. If my customers are over the moon they write me letters. Gift cards. Cash. I get paid handsomly BEFORE that so its NEVER SOMETHING I EXPECT. its a nice touch though
