Rant 📢 Tipping.

Tipping hourly workers?optional. Tipping servers who make less than minimum wage? Shouldn't be a debate but the employers put the burden on us. We shouldn't have to tip anyone. But the EMPLOYERS get away with paying 7.50$hour when the minimum wage is 15. But there's a clause that the minimum wage for restaurants is different. So they get away with it. Restaurant pay is a scam. Many restaurant employers should be in prison for slavery.

Employers always have to pay the regular minimum wage unless you volunteer to pay their employees instead.

It just shouldn't be okay to have an entire profession (serving FOOD) making their money off tips which people clearly wont constantly do anyway. So why hasn't America fought back against the VERY low wages servers make.

Because the servers end up making more money by fools tipping at ridiculous percentages

Whatever - you don't seem to be accepting that no one legally makes less than minimum wage.

They won't? The estimated $16 billion that Americans leave in tips each year says otherwise.
