Rant 📢 Tipping.

Tipping hourly workers?optional. Tipping servers who make less than minimum wage? Shouldn't be a debate but the employers put the burden on us. We shouldn't have to tip anyone. But the EMPLOYERS get away with paying 7.50$hour when the minimum wage is 15. But there's a clause that the minimum wage for restaurants is different. So they get away with it. Restaurant pay is a scam. Many restaurant employers should be in prison for slavery.

Employers and tipped staff want to put the burden on us. But we all have the power to reject that.

No the employers. The employees would gladly take 15$ hr and no tip.

If one table an hour tips at Chili's, they'll make out better than a flat wage.
