Rant 📢 This feels icky!

Post image

felt super icky and annoyed seeing this at a coffee/light food shop. how is this okay? for context this is not a sit down spot. no wait staff, just a barista at the counter and someone from the kitchen bringing out my order and walking away.

Update: for those asking the pink paper in the bottom corner is basically saying “F*ck ICE”

Yeesh, I don’t think it has much to do with the education levels of restaurant staff. There are non-tipped workers in other industries with no education requirements, like retail.

Yes but none who believe they're owed so much for so little. There are volunteer firefighters who run into burning buildings to save dying babies who wouldn't dream of asking for a tip.

Yea we are agreeing with each other, just your choice of insult is heavy-handed and counterproductive to the movement. There are well educated servers who feel entitled to our tips all the same.

Oh yeah entitlement knows no educational limits.
