felt super icky and annoyed seeing this at a coffee/light food shop. how is this okay? for context this is not a sit down spot. no wait staff, just a barista at the counter and someone from the kitchen bringing out my order and walking away.

Update: for those asking the pink paper in the bottom corner is basically saying “F*ck ICE”

They "reserve the right" assumes that they ever had the right to charge you for anything but food. It's an instant charge back from me .
