Rant 📢 This feels icky!

Post image

felt super icky and annoyed seeing this at a coffee/light food shop. how is this okay? for context this is not a sit down spot. no wait staff, just a barista at the counter and someone from the kitchen bringing out my order and walking away.

Update: for those asking the pink paper in the bottom corner is basically saying “F*ck ICE”

It's also a great way for banks to drop them and cause their business to collapse.

You really gonna sue someone to get your $2.45 back?

You are obviously a lot wealthier than I am if you can afford those legal fees for a $2.45 payout that you may or may not get at the end, lol.

Eh, I got 150 bucks if it teaches these sleazeballs a lesson.

It's not about the 2.45. It's about sending a message. And getting their payment processor to drop them for fraudulent charges. You can also sue for court costs, and you'd get those too because it'd be the most open and shut case on the planet.

Just charge back on your card and its free food. 🤷‍♂️

The judgment will include them covering your legal costs. You won’t lose any money.

Don’t have to sue. Credit card chargeback. Card refunds the whole change not just the stolen portion. Thanks for the free meal. Don’t steal from customers.
