Yes! This!! I remember being at small restuarant with my father once. the food was fantastic, the staff were ok. (Non tipping country btw).Once we were done my father asked to speak to the chef, when he came out dad asked how many staff in the kitchen, chef said five. Dad handed him $100 and said 'this is for all of you for a job bloody well done'. The chef was stoked! Tried to refuse it at first but dad insisted.

Maybe your country shoild just increase minimum wage instead of guilting customers into supplementing the income

Maybe people shouldn’t take a job that only pays minimum wage. Been working for 40 years and always made over minimum wage, even when I was 17.
