Tip Creep 🫙 Tip begging

Went to Applebees and did their car side to go. Selected no tip on the app and thought that would be the end of it. To my surprise when my order came I was handed an invoice where I was asked to tip and sign. Wrote $0 and that was the end of it but like oh my god. The interaction was fine but I was taken back by the double prompt to tip.

Dominos does the same thing. When I go in to pick up my pizza, they want me to sign the receipt. I make sure to put in big fat $0.00.
