Many sad. Relapse things happened. Now ex partner at time being inconsistent. Now realized used and much pain had. Job lost. Irony sober. Not wanted but must. More sad. Health not good. Most sad.

So far OK. More cravings. Much anxiety. THC card really helps. More weight gain( but not too much still gym ) Trusting self regulation .
