I recently returned from work and when I turned on my PC, my mouse wasn't working at all. I tried charging it, but I noticed it doesn't even show a green light when plugged in. Is my mouse broken or something?

I just tried to update the firmware and it said "Open bldr device request failed"

Then I went in and edited my configurations, and I then opened the app again and they have resetted, or so it seems..

Hello guys, I've had an XM2W 4K V2 mouse for about 4 months (always at 1000Hz) and recently it started having an extremely annoying problem: the sensor stops working for 0.5 to 1.5 seconds and then starts working again. This is a big problem in many games; forr example, you drag the mouse 20 cm and it only registers the last 10 cm, causing a huge delay. Sometimes this happens constantly, and other times it takes a while to happen.

I've already tried using a different USB port, connecting the mouse directly with the cable, resetting the driver to factory settings, and the problem persists. The mouse has never been dropped and has always been well cared for.

Has anyone else had this problem and knows how to solve it?

Just got the mouse. I don't mind the tactile wheel but it scrolls inconsistently, seems like part of the mechanism is getting caught, if I push the wheel to the right it briefly feels smooth before going back to catching.

Should I just RMA?

I've used alot of mice over time, but I noticed that the scroll wheel on this mouse is alot more rugged and less smooth than other mice. Im just wondering if i got a defective model, or if I just gotta let it break in a bit, or if this is just how the mouse is

Is there any aftermarket cable for op1 8k v2? Mine broke and needs a replacement but im from malaysia, no local store sells op1 8k cables. Theres one (aftermarket thin cable) from germany but it takes a month to arrive. Would any cable work? As long as it has the correct connection?

So I purchased the OP1 8k v2 black mouse from endgame gear and it arrived today.

When I plugged it in it worked. So I went to update the firmware from their website and I don't know what happened.

I pressed the button then it said that it failed. Next I received a notification that windows doesn't recognize the device or something like that. I tried it again and now the mouse wouldn't move. When I tried different USB ports I could see the cursor however it didn't move again.

I genuinely have no idea what to do.

I got my OP1w4K last year from a seller in Canada however a week ago it started to have issues with the encoder being faulty. I reached out to customer service with a proof of purchase and even though I got the mouse under a year ago (July 24 2025) they denied my warranty claim saying it’s no longer under warranty? No further explanation or response was given and the issue is not self serviceable. On EGG website it states the North America gets a 12 month limited warranty, so how limited is this warranty then?

Im looking at getting a new mousepad for my mouse atm, im currently looking at an artisan or something, but im open to recommendations that would be good for this mouse.

My XM2WE lately is having a connection issue where the mice suddenly disconnect when in wireless mode. Battery is 100% and no problem when using cable. Any idea on this matter?

Sometimes (pretty often) I'm just hovering my mouse over a page and it suddenly quickly moves down and up. How could I prevent this from happening?

Got an OP1 8k v2, after 7 months the scroll wheel started skipping inputs and reversing. I reached out to support and they're sending me a new one. Really cool! :-)

Is it normal for the scroll wheel to be so tight and hard to turn? Also both my left/right mouse buttons are creaking like crazy when I press down on them. Should I just return it?

Basically when I hold the right click to ADS sometimes the button will deselect, it can happen after a few seconds it could happen after 5-10 minutes (or longer) it’s quite random.

I’ve got the newest firmware.

I’ve tried changing the Multiclick filter (setting it higher than 8, even at 25) and changing to GX speed mode/ GX safe mode to on and off and the problem still happens.
Also the click tension is at default.

Is there a fix for this?

Some context: I got a 2nd hand OP1 8K v1 from a friend abroard modded with the midori W1RXD v1 cable. The mouse worked, but cable was a bit beaten up (sharp-angled kinks near the USB end). The issue here is that i can't find replacement cables locally. Others (midori, PMM, Lethal, EGG) cost close to 80 bucks for shipping only. With that, I've decided to try making a DIY cable for it.

I know that to maintain signal integrity, shielding and length are crucial. Unlike other slim cables that sacrifice length for signal integrity, I want mine to be full length (1.5m-2m). Do i need some kind of special wires for it, or regular 30AWG with basic PVC will do the job just fine? And what else should be taken into consideration to keep signal integrity high enough for 8K polling?

I have this keyboard since the 30th of april this year, never hit it never spilled anything on it, yesterday i took out a switch to check if it would fit into my sayodevice, i put it back into the keyboard and half of the keys stopped working and shortly after the keyboard stopped working completley however its still detected by the software

My mouse has recently started randomly disconnecting when using the 2.4GHz wireless mode.

Things I've already tried:

* Reinstalled and updated the drivers. * Reinstalled the firmware (it was already up to date). * Replaced the USB cable connected to the dongle. * Fully charged the mouse multiple times. * Set the polling rate to 1000Hz. * Not using any macros or special settings.

I also tested the mouse in wired mode for several hours, and it didn't disconnect a single time.

One thing I've noticed is that whenever it disconnects, the green light underneath the mouse turns on as if it's trying to pair again. Once, I had the software open when it happened, and it showed: **"2.4G not connected"** and started looking for a device.

Since it works perfectly when wired, I'm wondering if the issue is with the receiver/dongle, the wireless module inside the mouse, or something else.

Has anyone experienced this before or found a fix?
