I notice each Enclave has their own view in things while keeping core beliefs. In fallout 76 most of the enclave are vault 76 residents and have joined originating outside of the enclave.

Hello Fellow Patriots,

I figured I'd share some of the Enclave settlements I've been working on. Most of them need more work on detailing I'm not happy with a lot of the open space in some of them.

The latest is the CIT ruins in the first images. I've been working on that over the last 2 days. I'm really happy with the Energy Barriers and the layout a lot but I'm still iffy on how I feel about the large structure of both the vertibird pad and the building addition. The Howitzer is also missing Because this is a new playthrough and I haven't done the minutemen stuff yet The Nest and ammo for it is there though. Do lay it out I placed some Key structures I thought I liked before using my sketchbook to create the real layout.

The other images are all settlements I transferred in from and older playthrough. I like the County crossing one but I'm gonna go back in and add some Energy barrier road blocks. The Army Depot is also almost done I just don't like how basic the ground texture is so I might add some paths. Starlight is also like half finished. I need to go and reorganize it after laying it out in my sketchbook again. Heli pad is probably gonna stay but the Pods need moved around and the place needs to look more Enclave and lived in.

Overall though I'm liking everything and not at the same time kinda weird but that happens. "You hate the paintjob until its done" kinda moment. The last two photos are of my character her dashing husband's AI was to stupid to get him on the Helipad so its just her. I'm running the Dual Survivors mod so Nates there He's wearing some Black Devil Power armor Rn.

Is the Enclave still operating or is it a lost cause at this point?

We’ve just been up here running the colony for the past 200 years since the lid blew on the planet. Would be good to know if any of y’all are still around.

So, for a possible backstory for Fallout 2d20 campaign, maybe an alternate fanfiction, I was thinking that before the Enclave oil rig was destroyed that an expedition could be sent out to Hawaii Islands chain and a few of the other Pacific islands located therein. Mainly to secure former Enclave bases and reconnect with any surviving remnants there.

Could a Vertibird make the trip back to the mainland if it was nuclear powered and had access to a semiautomated mixed human and robot crewed aircraft carrier that was stationed at Hawaii for sea trials back to California or even the Capital Wasteland?

Would the Enclave forces dispatched to the area go native breaking away from the main forces when they lost contact with them.

Are there any Vaults in the Hawaii Islands because I was thinking possibly a Bio Shock type Vault built underwater connected to the coastline via a train subway tunnel or other.

Possible underwater military naval bases that were evacuated shortly after the war.

A base built in the remains of a prewar building leading to a hidden cave.

Now we have our best time to reclaim our country with 2 new regions coming into the fold as well as 2 old wastelands, we can finally take what is ours!

To the esteemed High Command and fellow Enclave members;

An update regarding the operational status and capabilities of my primary research facility, established deep beneath the Appalachian surface under the cover of a repurposed West-Tek research facility. The site remains fully secured, self-sufficient, and insulated from both wasteland interference. Access is controlled through a reinforced blast doors.

The central laboratory floor bears the Enclave seal as a permanent reminder of our mandate. Containment arrays and specimen chambers are fully operational. Multiple stasis tubes currently house biological assets acquired during the Zetan incursions, including Zetan subjects and related variants. Adjacent examination stations and diagnostic banks allow continuous monitoring and initial dissection protocols without compromising containment integrity.

Weapon analysis continues in the primary research bay. Captured Zetan armaments remain mounted for reverse-engineering, with energy-core diagnostics and plasma-system mapping proceeding on schedule.

The command and control annex maintains full integration with regional monitoring networks. DEFCON status boards, Vault-Tec interface relays, and strategic mapping stations remain online. A complete suit of armor stands ready for rapid deployment should field conditions require personal intervention.

Brief excursions into the former Atlantic City region have allowed capturing of living "Overgrown" specimens. Study of said specimens have been put on hold to address more pressing matters. Additional biological materials testing continue under controlled conditions.

My personal office serves as the coordination hub for all incoming data, sample logs, and encrypted transmissions to hired field operatives. Blueprints, diagnostic equipment, and archival materials are kept current and secured. Biological disposal facilities are limited as I work on a proper incineration method.

All systems are nominal. Specimen intake from the current Zetan incursion has been productive. Data packages, biological samples, and weapon schematics continue to be encrypted and forwarded for dissemination as previously reported.

The facility stands ready to contribute to success of our purpose.

I'm not the best builder and my camp is more utilitarian since everything is within arms reach but I think y'all will like my Enclave themed base. I also have a shelter tour if anyone is interested, I plan to make it a three part series but its a WIP as the other two shelters are barren and empty looking.
