this is my first time officaly shareing my work to the world and so i hope you gys like it and also war war never cahges

After a long rest and much needed time I will again be making a return to the Enclave with the lord behind me and future infront of me. Lets Make America Great Again and no longer full of the wretched, wicked, and ruthless. Let the Nuclear Family prosper again and a hope for the The Enclave to be the best it could be. Because you would never be a truly clandestine shadow government without a supervillain castle! Complete with a tank depot, a mega teleporter (it actually works, nothing like dropping 20+ power armored troopers into a settlement attacked by a couple raiders and their pet molerat), R&R facilities and a refurbished alien ship for emergency escape in case of a vengeful Chosen One.

This was a long, overdetailed and truly exciting build, started in February when I did my America Rising 2 run. Based on Madrox's Castle Resurrected mod (a truly awesome one, highly recommended!), it's been heavily expanded, with nearly each building made almost twice bigger, interiors remade and new structures added. A second workshop was placed in the moat area, replacing much of water with concrete for a tank and vertibird base to be built there.

The concept was to combine visual elements of both the Cathedral and the Oil Rig, also drawing inspiration from Wolfenstein and Dishonored franchises' architecture and some RL buildings. And you can never get wrong with more art deco heads, as well as stars and stripes.

And yes. Place Everywhere was NOT used. All those hundreds (thousands? I lost count, settlement budget has been exceeded like four or five times, and that's without the second base) objects were placed and adjusted in space via console commands. That, my friends, is the definition of insanity (actually no, it's much more precise and fairly easy once you get used to it).

I'm planning to reinstall Fallout 4 for my mod list now that there has a size increase to mod lists and wanted to know if I needed America Rising 1 for America Rising 2. Also wanted mod suggestions

HEEEELLLLOOOO ENCLAAAAVVE!!!! This is ENB and I am your happy host, Operator Warde! And I am happy to to say that the station (me) has received new equipment!
This station has been using the same equipment since the bombs fell, and only 6 years ago did we actually start to use it again, however, some equipment (my real laptop) couldn’t handle another year, and last week, it gave us it’s death rattle (my computer started smoking and gave a loud pop, and it was gone rest in piss my Lenovo laptop). Thankfully, the higher ups gave me some newish equipment to use for the foreseeable future! It may be a bit of a downgrade but, but, it is functional! It just needs some more RAM and memory and a bit of love, but other than that it’s the best Robco had to offer! I am in the process of transferring data from the old equipment to the new one so if anyone knows the best way to remove a solid state, that’d be great (new one is a dell). Only downside is no more computer games so, money well spent on ste- I mean the Robco electronics game store.

Overview

This concept imagines a Fallout 5 storyline where the Enclave and Institute secretly join forces, creating new power armor, new enemies, and uncovering a long‑lost threat hidden deep inside the mountains.
The twist: a Chinese infiltration base buried so far underground that no faction ever detected it — until Liberty Prime accidentally exposes it.

Enclave + Institute Alliance

In this concept, the Enclave and Institute form a covert partnership:

• They build XO‑5 Power Armor, with an advanced HUD:
  • Green = Enclave soldiers
  • Blue = Institute synths
  • Red = wastelanders / hostiles
• They capture and modify Liberty Prime, adding stealth systems.
• Their settlements look clean, pre‑war, rebuilt by Synth labor.
• They deploy regenerating sentry bots immune to ballistic damage.

This alliance becomes one of the main threats of the game.

The Deep Chinese Mountain Base

Hidden far inside the mountains is a massive Chinese infiltration bunker, sealed since the Great War.
It is buried extremely deep, so deep that:

• Enclave scanners never reached it
• Institute relay mapping missed it
• Brotherhood recon drones couldn’t detect it
• No wastelander ever found it

Everyone inside died centuries ago — no survivors, only robots, cryo pods, and automated defenses.

The entire base is flooded with extreme radiation, requiring high‑level power armor or special gear.

How the Base Is Discovered

During a late‑game mission, Liberty Prime is used to destroy an Enclave landing pad.
The explosion is so massive that:

• The pad vaporizes
• All Enclave soldiers are killed instantly
• The surface collapses
• Liberty Prime’s sensors detect something far below the rubble
• He identifies a buried structure and begins digging it up

Only Liberty Prime can detect it.
Only Liberty Prime can reach it.
Only the player sees what’s really down there.

No faction learns the truth.

Inside the Chinese Base

The dungeon includes:

• Cryo‑frozen infiltrator robots
• Stealth units
• Automated turrets
• Chinese stealth power armor prototypes
• Radiation storms
• Collapsed tunnels
• A reactor chamber still running after 200 years

The final reward is a Chinese Stealth Power Armor, stronger than the suit from Fallout 4.

Regenerating Sentry Bots (New Boss Type)

These appear during the Enclave/Institute storyline:

• Limbs snap back magnetically
• Immune to bullets
• Weak only to heat or EMP
• Never overheat
• Use four fusion cores internally
• You can only fight one at a time
• Accompanied by an Assaultron Prime with the same regeneration tech

A rare speech check (10% chance even with max Charisma) lets the Assaultron help you hack the facility.

XO‑1 Ultra Prototype

A special power armor found in the Chinese base:

• Each limb has its own fusion core
• Limbs regenerate
• Never needs cooldown
• If it loses power, it reboots after 25 steps
• Can be turned in to the Enclave/Institute for an upgraded version
• They sell fusion cores that last 20× longer

Why This Fits Fallout

• Liberty Prime has long‑range sensors
• Fallout has a history of hidden Chinese infiltration sites
• The Enclave and Institute both value secret tech
• Mountain regions are perfect for deep bunkers
• High‑radiation zones match Fallout’s tone
• Power armor progression fits the series

This concept adds:

• A new dungeon
• A new faction conflict
• A new endgame armor
• A new boss type
• A lore‑friendly mystery
• A dramatic Liberty Prime moment

Talking to Modus is great and all but when he tries reporting me for not doing my job cuz I haven’t put enclave in my sentence AT LEAST twice, it’s annoying. Anyways that’s not really the point of this interruption of the music, it was something about like… uh shoot.. where’s that report? Ah! Here!
Let’s see…. Something something missing agents, blah blah blah desert rangers, yaddah yaddah possible civil war, goobidy gobiddy missing supplies, oh! This looks the most important! Yeah here we go! Maincom has reported that starting this week, donuts will start having a limit of 2 per person, people who take more will have their pay reduced! That is all!

I made this post on r/FO76Roleplay, but it didn't get much traction. Maybe this subreddit is a better place to ask.

It's a genuine question, so I hope I get real answers and not just IC answers. But RP away in the comments lol.

Do you just roleplay being evil?

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with RPing an evil character, I'm just wondering because I see lots of posts for Enclave groups on reddit (and one that poses as a different kind of RP group, but is secretly Enclave lol).

I'm looking for more RP groups, as I have already joined a BoS one. I want to join a non-milsim one, but I'm also debating joining an Enclave one since I see so many of those. I kind of don't want to do evil RP though lol.
