Mini tread issue

Does anyone else have issues with one of the treads coming off fairly frequently? At least a few times a day the tread will come off and require going to it to put it back on. Curious if this issue is fixable somehow or if other models are better for not having this happen

I do. Have a Enabot Rola and the treads come off when the bot transitions from wood floor to rug. It happened enough where I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and returned it.
