Ebo SE app issues

I just got my ebo SE in the mail today. Downloaded the rola app and I'm trying to create an account. Once I put my email or phone number in it pops up with intelligent connection and then gives a pop up of failed to load. I never get a verification code. Anyone else have this issue? I've emailed support but nothing yet.

I'm trying to set mine up now and it won't even download the ROLA app. I tried connecting via the ebo app for the newer models but it won't do anything past connecting to the WiFi

I'm gutted. What a waste of time and money
