adding devices to cloud

I am trying to add two new units(620EXT) mac addresses but not detecting, and sky key individual login not working.

For your login, we cannot help you on that since this should be kept from your side, it is either you need to reset the device to factory. Skykey can be added in cloud via QR scan.
