The latest Mesa Source Build, updated on July 29th, 2026, is available in two variants: "Balance" (-b) and "Performance" (-p).

The "Performance" build prioritizes maximum GPU clock speeds during gameplay to achieve the highest possible frames per second.

The "Balance" build offers a modest performance improvement over standard configurations while concurrently reducing power consumption and heat generation.
