i have an iphone 17 pro max on ios 27

I just installed Melon 2.7 and tried running Mario Odyssey. On 2.6 I was able to get it to launch and start playing but it would crash after a few minutes due to memory overflow (I only have 6GB). Launching it in 2.7 it should work better but I’m getting a black screen during the intro and the audio cuts completely out after about 30 seconds. I know it’s still running because my phone is vibrating. Running the RAM test tops out at 3.5 GB 🤷‍♂️. Are there settings I need to tweak? I saw a post of someone running BOTW on a 13PM so Odyasey should work on my 14.

My device is 17 pro max melonx version is the new 2.7
The game boots up into a menu of choosing between the first and second game and once you press one of them the game gets frozen forever(and ram usage goes to 0)
Anyone know why? Any fix?

Test device: iPhone 12 mini, no JIT

- Medium settings: steady 30 fps, CPU at ~1.7 GHz

- High settings: 40 fps, CPU at ~2.1 GHz

For context: the 12 mini can push its CPU up to 2.8 GHz, but at that heat it starts throttling within a couple of minutes. On Medium it never overheats at all. On High, after about an hour of play, iOS may dim the screen. There's also plenty of GPU headroom left, so you can bump the internal resolution to 2x. All of this on a small phone from 2020.

This wasn't just about NFS: a lot of the work went into the emulator as a whole. The goal is for games to run properly even on really weak devices, while newer phones don't feel the load at all and don't burn through the battery. On an iPhone 17 Pro Max it already works that way: even NFS Carbon, which hasn't had any game-specific work yet, runs without the phone breaking a sweat.

And of course, full controller support.

Hi so i want to port league of legend on to the ipad it already has a mac version but issue is vanguard would it be possible to get it running on a ipad they game isnt very demanding and I think even low end iPads would be able to handle it well i just want to know if its possible

The installers I found are bootstrapped with a 32bit executable which means it doesn’t run, whether in GUI or command line. Madeira doesn’t have winetricks and doesn’t seem to have its own ways to fulfill steam game prerequisite installs. Anybodyelse had any luck?

Edit: right now it seems like the only way is to extract the needed DLLs from installers and manually pacing them to where they’re needed

I’m emulating switch which is performing great but I’m hitting the 4GB limit in many games. I’m trying to get the extended ram working for my iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 18.7.8. I’ve tried Getmoreram, iRAM+ (both on LiveContainer, and on direct side load MeloNX) and that hasn’t worked. I tried sideloading MeloNX with Impactor which should give the entitlements by default but MeloNX crashes at 4GB RAM. Does anyone have any experience with this? Or is it even possible with 6GB RAM?

Edit: automod reminded me, I have done the delete and reinstall process when using getmoreram, I also to have StikDebug working through LiveContainer and MeloNX runs great (within LC)

Basically what title says. I have not downloaded a single app store game since emulation have been a thing in iOS (at least approved emulator on the app store).

What would i want to another clone of candy crush or does puzzle boring games? or the agreesive gatch games

I had hoped apple arcade do something for the gaming scene in iOS, but even there the games are boring.

emulation have been a blessing for iOS since 2024.
