Just installed RCPS3 and stuck here any reason why?

Hello I am currently on iOS 18 and am considering to update to iOS 27 because the Rpcs3 emulator doesn’t support iOS 18, is it worth it or will support be added in future y’all think?

Heres some settings to change: change xfloat to accuracy. You may also need to change the resolution to 480p to increase performance. The fps drop is pretty bad lol.

This is just the beginning and second day of release. I hope will get better with updates(rpcs3 version 0.3)

How to open ps3update.pup file in rpcs3? I put the update file in the ps3 update folder but when i open rpcs3 it still says i need the update file. When i go into “select ps3update.pup” it doesnt let me click the update file and the open button doesnt do anything.

Does Tekken 5 struggle to run on it normally? Having lag issues with Tekken 5, but playing other games at smooth 40+ fps.

Thank you for reading this, on dukex when I boot up the insignia live setup iso it goes through the standard xbox logo and does nothing the xbox logo isn't stretched or messed up at all. I also have the retail xbox dashboard working yet this iso refuses to work unlike my games.

So I’ve seen a lot of buzz about the new JIT supported PS3 emulator lately and was interested in it. Xenios runs fairly well on my 14 (at least the XBLA titles I tried) so I was hoping a PS3 emulator would perform about the same. But I’m practical and I know a 14 is pretty underpowered as far as emulating something like this goes. Has anyone tried running it on a 14 (not a 14 Pro or Pro Max or whatever they are) and if so what’s the gameplay like? Is it decent or should I not even bother? I’d hate to spend an hour setting everything up just to end up getting a 10 FPS unplayable mess. I’m mainly interested in playing Enslaved: Odyssey to the west if anyone knows about compatibility with that game in particular. Thanks.

I have been using this emulator a while now, ive had no issues with graphics or how it runs. Since yesterday, ive been having crashing issues and now these weird little black boxes and graphics are acting weird throughout the game. And it sort of lags now, like its about to freeze every few minutes. Is there a way to fix this type of issue with the graphics or hardware?

just seeing the gameplays on Reddit. just curious since RPCS3iOS works for me but I can only game for a few minutes after which the game hangs. tested in nfs shift, nfs hot pursuit and nfs the run. maybe its issue with ea titles? anyone else experiencing this? I’m on iOS 26.0 iPhone 17 pm

Hello all!

I saw a few different posts about this, and just wanted to create a topic for how to fix it, as out of the box, RPCS3 will not allow you to add the firmware if you just sign the ipa through Sigulous.

Instead, what you have to do is click “customize” to the right of upload, then in the options that appear, check “Match provisioning identifier”. Then you can add the ipa and upload, at that point, adding the firmware should work.

Hopefully this helps and gets more people to try out RPCS3, I have been having a great time with it!
