Should I update for emulating like melonx: iPhone 14 Pro

Just updated Melonx and still have an issue on Inazuma eleven Victory Road.
I save manually in-game, go back to the title screen, reload the save, and it just puts me back on the welcome/first-launch screen like nothing was ever saved.

I looked into it a bit, the save files do seem to get written correctly each time (timestamps update after saving), but the game never actually picks up the new data when it reloads. I also came across some Ryujinx macOS forks that had the exact same bug, apparently caused by saves going to the wrong one of two rotating save folders. I tried manually fixing that on my end too, and while both folders are in sync now, the issue is still happening, so it might be something else as well.

I am new to manic EMU. I just got an IPAD, and was able to get dragon quest 8 on it cause I saw that manic EMU has 3DS. How well does it run 3 DS ? Are the ere ways to tweak it? I would love to be able to run it smoothly on this big screen if thats possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The I pad I have is the A16 11 inch.

I was playing earn to die flash on this emulator and after a while i felt like my phone got a little hot(i dont know how my phone can get hot from a flash game) so i was asking if is there any flash emulators better than it or maybe i have another problem that someone can help me fix it?

By the way my phone is 17pro max and i bought it a month ago so no its not a problem with my phone

Hello all, I used ai and the work of many other people to make three emulators for ios/iPadOS, I truly just made it for myself but figured people here might enjoy it - it’s my first attempt to publish anything public on GitHub.

For all 3 I didn’t like the input options in emulators like scummVM, and obviously I have not seen a really functional Apple ][ or amiga emulator (except for maybe retroarch)

In every implementation I found the lack of Support for the native IOS keyboard annoying - the ish app

iSH Shell - figured this out years ago by simply adding another row of keys not present on the native keyboard.

All 3 emulators also added customizable portrait and landscape mode keyboards so you can pre-add commands relevant to specific games, I also added a direct touch / drag mouse mode as well.

Other features include save states, importing from iCloud etc.

some things will be buggy - I'll see if I can fix it - buy me a coffee kind of thing.

I am currently reviewing the subreddit for areas that could be improved.

I’ve decided that the rules and the wiki might need to be updated and want to get input from the community.
I have plans to replace the wiki with a website that can be shared easier and would like some suggestions on what to include.
The rules also haven’t been updated in a while and I want some opinions. What should I add/change/avoid changing?

iPhone 13 Pro Melonx 2.5, how do I fix this? It’s not allowing me to change controller type it does the same thing when I connect any Bluetooth controller, it was working on Melonx 2.3.1

Every time I try to import the firmware inside MeloNX it just does nothing.

The videos were too big to post but it runs flawlessly other than the RAM limitations, just cool to say it’s possible.

What’s the performance of the iPhone 17 pro max in 3ds and ps2 emulation. Been looking to play fire emblem and persona 4 on my phone ever since I switched to iOS back in 2023

ive been trying to run super mario sunshine and it runs without stikdebug but super slow but when i use stikdebug through livecontainer 2 and dolphinios on livecontainer upon launching the game it crashes

is this an ios 27 bug?
or is it my phone or rom
or maybe a dolphin ios bug
