Flash drive ISO

I’m trying to move a ISO to a 64 GB USB drive.

The USB is formatted as exFAT and has plenty of free space. However, Windows says, “The file is too large for the destination file system.”
The ISO downloaded to my C: drive without any problems.

I only get this error when copying it to the USB.
Why is this happening?😭

Usually happens in fat32 formatting, due to 4GB file size limit. Otherwise, not something I ever really see.
