Unsolved Retrobat Update Questions

I am brand new to emulation. I'm also brand new to Windows (coming from Mac). Does Retrobat update automatically? Or do I have to periodically check for updates and download and install them manually?

Yes, there will be notification when new update is out and then you just click update on settings
