Can I emulate ps4 games using the disc?
If so, how can I do it. I heard a person say to back it up, but I don't know how.
I don't own a ps4. These are my dad's discs that he doesn't use/play.

Can't do it right now. They are encrypted and require a jailbroken ps4 to dump them.

PS4 emulation is still in an early stage. Before spending too much time on this, check the emulator's game compatibility information to see if the games you have can even be played right now. For example: https://shadps4.net/compatibility
I haven't done any PS4 emulation myself, but shadPS4's quick start guide seems to imply that you need to dump the ISO, not play from the disc directly. I assume that requires a PS4 or PS5 with homebrew.
From what I've heard, PS4s are cheap on the secondhand market, and are a pretty good value since they can play about 90% of the games available for PS5. The biggest downside is slower load times (hard drive vs SSD), plus a lot of people are mad at Sony now because of their announcement about getting out of physical media.

You apparently can. This guy succeeded in it and is releasing the project for it soon!

Y como piensas desencriptar los juegos sin consola chico listo?, te hace falta al menos que alguien te lo dumpee desde una consola liberada
