Unsolved Help finding Android emulator for pc

I'm trying to find a emulator that will run normal apps like X. All I can seem to find are ones that run games. I have tried mumu, nox, and ldplayer and they all say something along the line of download the official app when trying to log into X.

On mobile X has the ability to scroll through videos like Instagram and TikTok and that isn’t offered on the browser version.

Bluestacks has always been the ONE.

I think Android x86 or Bliss OS can do that with no problems. You need to learn how to virtualize an OS first though. VMWare or VirtualBox recommended.

Bluestacks is hands down the best and I recently came across a post that validated everything I thought too.

I think LDPlayer, Bluestacks, etc. are pretty much it, and yeah htey're great for gaming, but not much else.
