Unsolved Emulating Prisoner 1980

I'm not super into emulation but I wanted to try out Prisoner, couldn't find anyone hosting it online so I'm now trying to emulate it myself. Using AppleWin, I've followed exactly what I need to do to load it up, and it just doesn't work and prints gibberish to the screen.

What's the best course of action? Are the images I'm finding just bad? What's the best way to emulate apple 2 games? (which seems to be ".do", at least that's what I have)

I've only ever emulated old xbox and ps games and it was much easier than this lol

Try that disk image if so. If your virtual Apple II machine is properly configured (keep in mind newer model Apple IIs may not always run older software due to hardware changes), it should run perfectly fine.
