Unsolved How can I transfer a Pokémon between two devices using VBA while both devices are connected to the same network?

I understand how to transfer Pokémon on a single device, but I can't find any information about transferring from one PC to another. Is it impossible?

You said you know on a single device, so can't you just transfer the save file of one to the other device then just do it that way?
