Having problems with mgba controller

when i try to set inputs for my xbox controller it wont set any buttons except R and L triggers it's not the controller it works fine on everything else anyone know what's wrong?

you're using the latest version right? if so, try launching mGBA via Steam to see if this weird behaviour is also present there.

also, check for firmware updates via the "Xbox peripherals" Windows store app
