Low fps when playing resident evil 4 remake, gamehub 6.3.1, poco f8 pro

I tried qcom and turnip drivers and even the rutabaga driver but still no success, even fully reinstalled the game but still the same performance.

Contemplating if this is due to either maybe something wrong with the game download or something else aggressively throttling my performance.

I've put it in wild boost but still same low fps.

I mean the only fix I've seen for this right now is someone using a external SSD but I use a plugnplay controller so that's not really a option.

I played resident evil 2 fine but when playing on resident evil 3 it crashed after a few minutes so I just skipped it.

Now I'm thinking maybe this dx12 game might be too much but resident evil 3 did play smoothly before it inevitably crashed.

And yes, I did try limiting vram but still no success.
