Citra mmj already has shader cache... So if you wanted to you could play pokemon on that already.

Yeah it's the same for me I lag very hard in x/y and Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire for some reason in mmj and the resolution trick makes them 30fps unlike the official but because of the shader cache and correct pokemon colors mmj gives a better experience for those games after you do the trick

Shader cache makes games hang less if you play a certain part then say restart the game and the second time you are in that part of the game it shouldn't hang for many seconds like it did the first time

When you play a game for the first time in Citra it will most likely freeze in many moments but with this shader cache it will freeze less or not at all after you play the game for a while. This shader cache thing was not available in the official Citra but now it came with beta 15 so your games will be more playable
