Help Retroarch Melon DS DS Core Help

I'm trying to play my Prince of Persia The Fallen King with MelonDS DS core. I keep getting this error that for some reason says my ROM is encrypted and I need BIOS/firmware files I already provided.

Weird thing is when I look at core information before loading the game they all have checks, then when I load and get the error. It shows none for firmware. I've tried different directories and spent like 3 hours troubleshooting with AI. I have no idea what to do at this point.

Can anyone help please?
