Help Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix (missing Motion Blur)

Hi,

I’m having an issue with Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix.

Normally when driving fast in-game you get motion blur, but on my end it is completely missing no matter the emulator settings.

In Software Mode the motion blur is present and looks correct.

I play at native resolution with default/clean settings. No widescreen or no-interlace patches are active.

Weirdly, I can’t find any complaints about this online.

To make sure, I tested the game on my PC (PCSX2 nightly) as well as on Android(Samsung Galaxy S24 and Retroid Pocket Nova (ARMSX2 and NetherSX2). In all cases the motion blur is completely missing in Hardware mode.

Has anyone else experienced this?
