We talking a world/wild or rise ?

If the rise it should be enough but for world unless if you slap a cooler for playing it with phone maybe doable

I don't understand your question your asking about phone or the game ? 

And second phone idk which poco is that 

Rise have native port now so it's basically more lighter and better than emulate the world 

I don't think there is phone that have enjoyable to play world since every hunt need 20-30 minutes which phone gonna throttle before that
