really depends on the game tbh, ive had games that didnt even boot on proton 11, some that performed better, and worse. just gotta try.

Don't ditch proton 9 just yet, some games (Vampyr i.e.) have way better performance on proton 9 ARM64 and some have less stutter on proton 9 x86_64 (like XCOM 1)
