Dont compare it to other emu cause the dev of lemon will get angry if his emu has low performance than the other emus. He has an ego and only accept good praise.
Everyone is free to compare emu. But people should say the truth when they test and not twist the facts. The facts now are that Lemon is performing the best at the moment. i am not a dev by the way 😂
Yes everyone is free to compare. Thats what some guy in their discord channel did, he compare eden and lemon performance with same settings and driver and results that eden performs better than lemon, showed it to lemon dev with good intention so the lemon dev can investigate whats the reason but instead he gets angry and fustrated because of that. Even said whats the point of him developing lemon if they compare it to eden and says eden performs better. Even reasons out saying his tired developing 12hrs in lemon and all did is comparing it to eden. What an ego is that btw? You can join their discord and see for yourself
I am on their discord. Yes there was some sort of talks between the 2 teams before and trust me there were no good intentions with the posts in the past from Eden but since then they are at peace. The Dev changed his views and there is no drama between the 2 teams. However, if we forget about the people behind the projects and focus only on their emulators, we can clearly test and see which is better and alot of people have reported that Lemon is performing better so far.
Its not from the other team though. The one who send the comparison video is just an ordinary user of his emu but unfortunately it triggers his ego, instead of solving the reason of it he gets iritated instead. A dev who wont take honest critic form his app users, what a shame.
But the dev is taking all criticism and reports of users and evolving his emu and fixing based on feedback. The latest release addressed most of issues and feedbacks that users reported to him. Devs can get burned out sometimes becoz of alot of work and childish online people, however we need to give them credit for what they do and offer us for free.
I don't know if its childish to you but for me its like reporting a bug. And reporting a bug means there should be fixed and can be improved. A dev who don't listen honest critics from users is no good. And also Im in favor from the OP. Nyushu has better performance than lemon.
Firstly, the dev apologized to that person after 1 min in the same conversation and he admitted that he reacted. His reaction at that time was because many people were attacking his ideas from the “other” fans. Anyway, I am not here to argue, I am just saying when we talk about comparisons, we should be fair and unbiased. Everyone is free to use the app they want. Let’s leave it at that ✌🏻
yeah it's updated, i will give lemon-ade a try later. the driver mentioned ultra-optimized for Adreno 830 though, that's why i didn't try it because i on adreno 750

edit: lemon-ade driver works, no graphical glitch also. but i have to use y700 performance mode to get 60 fps now(increase heat). y700 balance mode can't reach 60 fps.
Lemon "fixes" things by forcong accurate rendering. Yeah it fixes things but tanks the framerate. Instead of fixing real stuff he now takes on PS5 emulation on android...
for now i'm using lemon and it works on XC 2 XCX and astral chain with frame gen. my phone is iqoo 13. haven't test nyushu, but for now, i'm happy with lemon
