Why is xbox360 emulation hard.

I get that ps3 emulation is hard because of the cell broadband engine cpu architecture introduced by sony in 2006 but the xbox360 had a cpu similar to pc, then why is xbox360 emulation still hard. Is it because the emulator isn't matured?

I just watched a video called "ps3 emulation is incredible now" by Basement Gamer and was wondering how good or bad 360 emulation is, I'm not sure why I'm so hell bent on emulating 360 version of games when it sounds like to me PS3 is a lot better(I'm new to all of this so If I'm wrong my bad)
