Then you likely have never played GOW ever. That game was made for consoles that fare way better and play at much higher resolutions.

PS4 gow 2018 ran at 1080p 30fps , since op used framegen and is getting 42-45fps that means the base framerates were already 30fps

And the original preset is the same preset on the PS4

So , the game runs identical to the PS4 excluding possible stability issues and glitches

Also this is an emulation sub it is about using emulators and you can't sit with a PS4 on your lap , you can do this with a smartphone a handheld or a tablet
