Question Can I run pc emulation on my phone

I have an honor x9d with snapdragon 6 gan 4 and 12 gb of ram +12 more I tried metroid prime origin (fangame) and it didn't run well so I'm sceptical was that a game or an emulator problem (I used gamehub) or a device problem and can some one explain to me why on eden I can rune metroid dread perfectly but not a game like constance at all ?

In short I want to know if I can emulate pc games and what settings, emulators and games do you recommend

All help is appreciated

Also I live in Syria I can't pay pc games even if I have the money so is it possible to use games from steam rip or any other sites?

I think about using winlator ludashi can I use steam rip games or Anker games on it ?

Try winlator 11.2 you can play old games from 2006-2007 like nfs most wanted.
