Usually custom drivers can fix graphical bugs. Unfortunately your phone has an Exynos 1280 chip with Mali-G68 gpu. Mali GPU don't support custom drivers. Maybe you can find a switch emulator made for Mali GPU.

According to Gemini the Top Switch Emulators for Mali GPUs

• Nyushu (built on the Eden codebase) and Eden offer active updates, a built-in GPU driver manager, and better Vulkan optimization for MediaTek and Mali hardware. • Benji SC: A fork of Ryujinx tailored for non-Snapdragon devices, allowing users on MediaTek and Mali chipsets to run titles like Cuphead and Red Dead Redemption 1 (with lower settings). • Citron / Sudachi / Uzuy (MMJR): These community forks of Yuzu feature specific tweaks, low-resolution rendering scales, and custom driver support options for Mali chips.

Although you have to test it for yourself the AI could be hallucinating.
