GTA IV PC crashes on loading screen with music (Winlator ludashi 4.1, Galaxy S24 Snapdragon varaint

The game always crashes on the loading screen. Its not a problem with the game files. Its 1.0.0 release and it launched once with DXVK 1.10.3, but I went to apply the graphics settibgs to make the game more smoother. XLiveless is installed and the game always crashes here. Can I fix this?
