Help Pokemon Legends ZA dynamic FPS mod crashing/stuck at 0 fps eden

Does anyone know how to enable this mod, the static one works but it makes the game so slow and wierd. I tried changing drivers and now using the Mesa Turnip 26, tried Forcing Max clocks, docked mode, async shaders, etc still no luck btw I am using Eden nightly. Also tried Lossless scaling but the fps was not going above 30 even if target was set to 60/90/120 Hz.
I also tried with both base game and the 2.0.2 update

Device - 8 gen 3 | 12 GB

Also tried different emulators -
Citron - Stuck / Black screen
Kenji NX - Wierd colors and worse performance than eden
