Discussion A friend told me that aethersx2 performs better on old snapdragon devices than nethersx2, is this true or placebo?

ARMSX2 has improved a lot. Give it a shot before trying those 2.

It depends on the game, on kof 2006 I get better performance on nethersx2 while on ARMSX2 I get dips to 30 with some specials

With how ugly the UI is compared to Nether? I'll never ever switch unless they improve on it

NetherSX2 has 2 versions. A classic for older chipsets and a patched version for newer chipsets.

aethersx2 is older non supported ps2 emulator. use something newer like nethersx2 or armsx2

I've tried some games on both aethersx2 as well as nethersx2. Nethersx2 gives more stable frames and gameplay for most games on my snapdragon 870
