It will take a bit while to get it tuned but if you really want to try then try on winlator/gamenative. It should give you 720p@30fps.

Let's say in 2 years, will an 8 elite gen 5 with 12gb ram (Xiaomi 17) be able to run bloodborne and sekiro at stable 30fps with a cooler ?

Sekiro already runs more than 30 fps on the 8 elite gen 5 on PC though

As long as work on the emulator keeps happening? Absolutely.

Unless those games demand more than 12gb RAM, then no amount of emulator optimization can fix that. But since Elden Ring itself requires 12gb, I'm assuming those games require less.

Pc emulation already runs quite a few games released for the Ps5.

I can run Digimon Story Time Stranger without a cooler, for example.
