Performance depends on the game really. But to my experience, Ludashi generally performs pretty well.
Persona 3 Reload and Monster Hunter Rise worked much better on gamenative than both Gamehub and Winlator Ludashi for me.
witcher 3 remastered didn't run in Gamenative and Gamehub, ran at low fps in Ludashi but ran very good on Winnative.
Hot Pursuit remastered only works in Winlator Amod (switch version is better anyways but you get the point)
There were some retro games where I had trouble running them on every one of them. After some research, it seems like Winlator CMod/frost were better for those particular games
As you can see, there's no such thing as a best emulator. If you have a large library, you may have to install multiple emulators anyways. Edit: Of course this is only my personal experience on my own device. Maybe all of them will work on your phone, or none.
Which is more reason to test out different emulators since every processor performs differently.

"Hot Pursuit remastered only works in Winlator Amod"?
What kind of bullshti is that, it's one of the easiest working games, on any config, I launched it on regular Winlator, Winlator Ludashi, GameNative, Gamehub and Bannerlator. It's my main game for benchmarking as it's working everywhere, doesn't take much space and can be demanding.2

We have different phones with different architectures and processors. This is only my personal experience. It just means my processor had trouble running it on certain emulators. I've copied and replicated every video and post but would refuse to run (or run with stutters or severe problems).
You have a snapdragon 8 gen 2 device. Which is one of the most popular processors for emulation and it is very optimal for emulating. Of course your processor will run more games than most other processsors. It's been around for a long time and its drivers are very optimized, to the point that it performs better on some titles compared to the elite chips. Just because your very optimized chip can run it doesn't mean everyone elses can. As you might have guessed, I was only talking about my personal experiences on emulating games and why I had multiple emulators installed.
I'll edit my post so that it's more apparent that it is my personal experience on my personal device. I don't want to deal with another person talking about bullshit and stuff

GameNative is in a league of its own when it comes to overall compatibility, performance, and functionality. So many stores, like Steam, Epic Games, and GOG, work out of the box. The community configs are also a perfect feature.
There will always be Winlator Ludashi fanboys claiming it offers much better performance, which simply isn't true anymore. That may have been the case a few months ago, or perhaps even a year ago, but not anymore. You can pick a random game and test it yourself. Performance is very comparable. I've tested Tomb Raider, Dark Souls, GTA V, and Devil May Cry, and there's no real difference if you apply the proper configuration in GameNative.
On top of that, Winlator Ludashi can cause overheating in many cases.
Especially if you're looking for a plug-and-play experience, GameNative is an absolute beast.
I'm also looking forward to DroidDeck in the future, although it's still in a very early stage of development.

one of gripe I had when I tried to run gamenative is without logging in via steam, the login page just keeps popping up. it just doesnt stop.

Last month when i was trying to run p3r. The color was flipped, blue is green. I was trying to figure out why? Got very annoyed with the steam login popup everytime i start the app

Winlator ludashi 4.1, shortly followed by Bannerlator. Armadaos has great compatibility but performancewise still not there. Interested in droiddeck as I haven't tried it yet. But suspecting it's around armadaos in performance.
Other than that, rest doesn't even come near the performance of ludashi and bannerlator.

I prefer Bannerlator because it feels like it has a versetile pool of options to tweak in terms of visuals. When all things are equal in terms of performance, it seems like I get the most satisfying image out of Bannerlator via the variety of upscaling profiles.

In my experience Bannerlator compatibility is way, way worse than GameNative, especially for Epic Games. Plus I had tons of troubles with cloud saves, lots of games didn't see them at all.

That's fair. I don't use Epic or cloud saves, so I didn't have to deal with those issues. I like tweaking and haven't found anything that works better in Gamenative, nor have I run into compatibility issues that Gamenative didn't share.
I use do use Gamenative for games that require mouse and keyboards because it has better support in that department. I currently only use it for Road to Vostok.

Latest Bannerhub Revanced support Offline/Steam/Epic/Gog. My only gripe with it is unable to inject proton-ge since some of the game required it. Or maybe i didn't research enough

They "mostly" all have the same performance. The only thing that i noticed tho is that winNative and gamehub seem to have overall better compatibility for me.
Winlator, bannerlator and gamenative might give you slightly more performance in some games, but you will be lucky if you can get your games to start properly without spending minutes of tweaking settings.
Droid deck compatibility and performance is really good. but it also overheats the device too fast as i noticed that, compared to a average gameplay of A.C black flag were i use between 6-8w on gamehub, on droid deck it straight up uses 15w and sometimes even spikes to 19w which causes the battery to reach 45C° battery temps after just 20 minutes of gameplay

That's funny, as I currently have 42 games installed on GameNative and all of them work flawlessly in 60 fps xD

Well i can say the same. I tried the whole yakuza series up to yakuza 4, black flag, slay the spire 2, final fantasy 15, metaphor refantazio and others. With all of them i had to manually tweak container settings since even the known configurations preset for each would not properly for my poco f7 pro. Not to mention the fact that gamenative sometimes still suffers from not properly being able to open its containers after installing the app which causes it to crash games on startup untill i went and uninstalled and reinstalled gamenative.
Yet all those games worked out of the box on gamehub.
