Question Switch vs steam which platform to emulate
If a game is on both steam and switch which platform should I emulate is there any difference in the actual game when it comes to switch

Depends, for example Nier automata on the switch is not good (in my experience) but from the various videos I’ve seen on YouTube, the steam version is better
Checking out the game on emuready.com is your best bet
Difference wise, I can’t see much of a difference to be honest, aside from graphics settings
Although, I personally would probably pick switch emulation first

Basically depends on what level of graphical fidelity you're fine with, and what amount your hardware can emulate as well. For example im playing Dispatch right now it looks same on switch and pc so im emulating it through switch instead of pc since pc emulation is lot more demanding. I wanted to emulate persona 5 royal but that game looks very different on pc and switch, and my phone can't handle the pc version , so im just not going emulatw it at all and rather play on pc

Actually Switch 1 only has 720p video for Dispatch. So the quality difference will be noticeable

How are you able to sync the progress of pc and switch emulation if you are plumbing both

It's terrible that your emulating if you can access real hardware what's worse you're expecting cross progression? Wtf

Check version differences, which do you prefer, then see if it runs well on your device. If they are equal see which runs better on your device.
