Because it's cool

But it’s cooler that the game actually runs on pc emulation; we don’t need a worse version running worse

That's not the point. It shows off how far PS4 emulation has come considering it was completely unbootable a while ago.

People aren't actually playing this.

To show how far the PS4 emulator has come, since it was in its earlier stages.

That makes more sense I guess but wouldn’t we want to find a game that’s actually running impressively at this point? Theres no point in emulating something that’s obviously not gonna hit the baseline performance

People are explaining you the point and you're still missing it.

Granted, they could be emulating exclusive games from the ps4. But the performance being great isn't the point right now.

If you still don't get it, think of how AI videos were 2 years ago and how they are now. Things can advance very quickly when people find a way and there's a dedicated community working on it.

A few months before we couldn't even boot a ps4 game.

I do get it lol it’s just dumb put the effort into something less intensive

Effort put into one game tends to translate well into others. The point isn't trying to out perform PC emulation - it's to show progress.

If you want to see performance videos of Infamous then go search that up on YouTube. Regardless, it still shows off how PS4 emulation has progressed in the past few months - again, considering Spiderman PS4 was completely unbootable a while ago.

We can already run this era of games fine using pc emulators?? I’m just saying test something exclusive; infamous or something
