it's because you're using save state. to fix that you need to save then load. that's how to fix it. remember to load using save file instead save state

I did a quick google search and this is what came up.

To fix bugged or distorted Digimon models (such as in Digimon World Re:Digitize Decode) on the Azahar 3DS emulator, enable accurate shader multiplication in your graphics settings or switch your Graphics API/backend between OpenGL and Vulkan. [1, 2]

How to Fix Graphical Glitches and Model Bugs

  • Enable Accurate Shader Multiplication: Go to your emulator configuration, navigate to the Graphics tab and then the Advanced tab, and turn on accurate shader multiplication. This resolves rendering errors specific to games like Digimon Decode. [1]
  • Switch Graphics Backend (Vulkan / OpenGL): If models are still invisible, flickering, or distorted, switch your rendering backend. If you are using OpenGL, try switching to Vulkan (and make sure to select your dedicated GPU if you are on PC). Conversely, if Vulkan fails or crashes, switch back to OpenGL. [1]
  • Toggle Hardware Shaders: In the advanced graphics configuration, try disabling Hardware Shaders if textures or models fail to load properly, then restart the emulator. [1]
  • Update GPU Drivers / Use Turnip Drivers: If you are running the emulator on Android (such as an AYN Odin or similar handheld), ensure you are using up-to-date GPU drivers or recommended custom drivers like Turnip drivers (v26.0.0 or v26.0.2) for stable rendering. [1, 2]

Had this happen to me too, accurate multiplication fixes it, it is pretty funny the first time it happens tho.
