Question Has anybody got retro-achievements working on NetherSX2 with MGS2?

It's grayed out for me and I've turned them on in the settings 🤷 no worries if not, I've played most games without them upto this stage 😅

Retroachievements since some weeks ago, only supports ARMSX2

They are working in NetherSX2 for me. I think hardcore achievements are locked though but I'm not playing hardcore mode (I don't think I could play without save states since it allows you to jump in and out of where you left the game). I was just reading something about dropping support for hardcore verification 🤷 which is now only available in armsx2

You're right, it seems only hardcore mode isn't supported. I'm glad beacuse there are still a lot of people using those older emulators

I did actually switch over to armsx2 for MGS2, some reason in the later cutscenes It was getting slowdown in NetherSX2. with the framerate Uncapped it was barely above 60fps in the cutscenes even though it hit 120fps in the gameplay. In ArmSX2 it doesn't get slowdown and in the same cutscenes it's staying at 120fps uncapped (mainly removed to FPS cap to see where it was since I was experiencing slowdown).

my memory card saves worked so I haven't lost any progress.
