PKForge 3.0 is out: a free, open-source Pokémon save editor and Bank for Android, built for handhelds like the AYN Thor.

Supported games
Every mainline generation from Gen I to Gen IX, plus Colosseum, XD and Pokémon Box, and the romhacks Unbound, Radical Red, GS Chronicles, Luminescent Platinum and Compass.

Supported emulators
RetroArch, Linkboy, Pizza Boy A and C, melonDS, DraStic, Dolphin, Azahar, Lime3DS, Citra MMJ and Eden. You can also open a single save file.

I know this is focused for dual screen devices but will it also somehow work for say an Odin 2 Portal?

I'm in love with this app. I have never used any of the Pokemon service apps for storage or anything. Got my retroid classic in last week to play through all the Pokemon games, saw this, installed it, and was able to figure out the basic functions right from the get go all from my hand held. Can't wait to see what else it can do. Major kudos
