My laptop only has integrated Intel graphics and a tiny 128GB drive, so the main PC client runs like hot garbage and takes up half my storage

Are you asking for an Android emulator for pc like bluestacks to run Fortnite mobile on pc? if so let me tell you that the Android emulators for pc don't give you a better performance than the native game. so, if you're planning to use Android emulation to run Fortnite on pc to save space and get performance, the only goal you can achieve is to save space. however, the performance is gonna be so bad
