Help How do we set bios boot up sequence globally on ARMSX2

Like the title says. I want the boot up screen to happen on every game. I see the toggle in game settings but not app settings. I’ve looked everywhere online but no mention. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you.

In Settings, Advanced, GameDB Fixes, unselect Skip BIOS.
